Karen Gross is a restoration of rights attorney with Carmichael, Ellis, & Brock where she serves as a pardon and clemency specialist. Karen is also the Principal at Citizen Discourse Consulting, a boutique women-owned consultancy. There she focuses on helping organizations build trust and improve internal communication by strengthening the relational infrastructure that makes connection and civil discourse possible.

She is known as a roll-up-the-sleeves, get-it-done leader who holds vision while designing practical interventions that meet people where they are. Karen earned her Bachelors from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from University of Houston Law Center.
