Neomie Smith is a retired employee for the State of California where she worked for 28 years. And because of a suggestion from her pastor at church she now  serves as the Office Manager at Building Promise USA, where she plays an essential role in supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations and creating an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment. With a strong commitment to professionalism, service, and organizational excellence, Nieomi helps ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and that staff, partners, and community members receive the support they need.

In her role, Neomie manages administrative responsibilities, coordinates office operations, supports organizational initiatives, and helps facilitate effective communication across the team. Her attention to detail, dependability, and people-centered approach contribute to the overall effectiveness of Building Promise USA and its mission.
