The One Stop Shop
A centralized front door to reentry support.
What It Is
The One Stop Shop is a single access point where clients receive coordinated services, case management, housing navigation, benefits support, and connections to community resources; all in one place. It exists to reduce system fragmentation, so people don’t have to retell their story at five different offices to get five different kinds of help.
How It Works
It runs on two connected relationships:
- Peer-to-peer: where a peer reentry specialist with lived experience builds trust and helps a client set goals
- Peer-to-service: where that specialist makes warm handoffs to the right partner organizations.
Everything is organized around four impact areas: Education, Supportive Services, Workforce Development, and Housing.
